How does an online yoga retreat work?
All you have to do is clear some time on Friday 11th December from 8pm, to join the evening programme on Zoom. The evening session is “Sleepytime Yoga” from 8-9:30pm and is designed to soothe and calm your nervous system and prepare you for a good night’s sleep. You could follow it with a warm bath and a good book before bed.
On Saturday 12th December you can roll out of bed for a Pajama Meditation which starts at 8:30 and finishes at 9am, you will be all set up for this Zoom session from the night before and it is a great way to start the day!
I do hope you can join me! As well as raising money for Roundabout, this is a chance for us to get together and for you to escape the pre-Christmas madness and do something more constructive instead!
