It is a great way to start the week! Join us between 8:30 and 9:00 am for the Monday morning meditation.
Sometimes there are a few gentle movements to prepare for sitting, sometimes just a brief introduction and straight into the guided meditation.
We practice the same meditation technique for a number of weeks and you have a recording of the class to continue daily on your own. So a real chance to progress and get confident with a daily practice.
You could make yourself a little dedicated space for meditation or just do it wherever you are. Some people have been attending in their pajamas and that is fine too!
The meditation class is included in the Online Subscription package.
This last teaching year we have practiced the meditation techniques of Kaya Sthairyam (body steadiness) Antar Mouna (inner silence), Ajapa japa, meditations on the breath and some mantra meditations. I generally teach traditional Indian based techniques as well as other Mindfulness Meditation based practices.

Once you have been coming for a while, it will also be possible to join at 11:00 on Tuesdays and 19:00 on Wednesdays for the deep relaxation part of the class only.
