Information about the style of yoga taught under My Approach to Teaching and times for general classes on the Timetable and fees page 

All the general classes contain students with varying levels of suppleness, fitness and experience. Physical practices are taught in stages and students are encouraged to stay at the optimum level for them week by week. It is best to speak with me about which class would suit you best.

The Tuesday afternoon class is the most suitable class for complete beginners to yoga and there are some places in this class.

Please call me to discuss which class might suit you best and to see if there is a space in the class.

There are some spaces in the monthly workshops on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings and these are a good way to try out the style of yoga taught.

Her teaching is really well-informed by current yoga theory but she gives her own take on things which is always refreshing and relevant to our busy lives. Workshops which are combined with her partner Micks famous cinnamon buns are a real treat! Thanks Rebecca!"
