Sunday Morning Yoga with freshly baked buns!

A deeply relaxing morning of yoga: asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), yoga nidra deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation. Suitable for any level of experience. A morning to leave you refreshed, relaxed and more comfortable in your body.

Incorporating 3 hours of sensible yoga postures, meditation and deep relaxation as well as a half hour break for tea/coffee, buns and a chat.

Come to just one Sunday or book in to any number over the year. From 10:00 until 13:30. £30 including a tea/coffee break for freshly baked buns baked on the premises by   Saxtons Home Bakery

The workshops are usually on the 1st Sunday of every month apart from April when it is on the 28th and there isn’t one in May.

2019: 6th January,  3rd February, 3rd March, 28th April, none in May,  2nd June, 7th July

8 places only , so booking essential

You can come to just one or any number of sessions.
