Beginners Yoga Nidra
£5.00
This is a great starting practice if you are new to Yoga Nidra and want to try it out. It is a 15-minute practice which guides you through settling into a comfortable position, the movement of awareness around the body (body scan) and breath awareness. It is a great simple straightforward practice and when you have done this practice for a while you will be ready to move on to longer and more advanced versions of the technique.
When you buy this recording, you will be emailed a download link. The recording is then yours to keep, to listen to as often as you like.
This recording was captured live and may include gentle, ambient sounds in the background, such as birds singing outside the window, perhaps the soft patter of rain on a skylight, or the faint hum of a car in the distance. These natural sounds can create a more immersive and authentic experience, enhancing your practice.
Rebecca brings over 30 years of experience in using Yoga Nidra to support her own health and well-being, and has been guiding others in yoga classes since 1997. She also trains and assesses yoga teachers in this transformative practice. The style of Yoga Nidra she offers follows the classic stages Yoga Nidra from the Bihar School of Yoga. Rebecca uses language that is straightforward, accessible, and invitational, encouraging a gentle exploration rather than a directive approach. Yoga Nidra can be a deeply nurturing and relaxing practice, and it is recommended to start with the shorter introductory Yoga Nidras and gradually build up to longer practices.
