What eoe have said
"I wasn’t sure quite what to expect from combining yoga and personal writing in a morning workshop. I’ve been a client of Rebecca’s for a few years now so I trust her skills and expertise and I signed up. Rebecca’s thorough preparation and carefully delivered flexible format made for a great experience. I wrote about a topic I would never have expected to come up and was pleasantly surprised by the results I produced. The group provided a lovely safe context to share as much, or as little, of my writing as I wished to. The new venue was warm and tranquil. I returned home refreshed and quietly pleased with myself for making the time to attend." H.

“I really enjoyed the writing workshop- a great mix of Rebecca’s excellent yoga practice combined with additional writing exercises, in a very relaxed and supportive environment. The writing part was fun and included simple practical exercises, which Rebecca presents with some background but all in a very non-prescriptive way —there is no right or wrong! I really enjoyed the free writing. The yoga and writing are very complementary — the writing part works as a natural extension to the yoga and meditation practice, and the yoga and meditation work provide helpful preparation for writing . I don’t think you need writing experience to enjoy these sessions!” Emma
