rivate & 1:1 Yoga

If group classes aren't for you, I also offer the option of private/1:1 yoga lessons via Zoom or at my private studio in Sheffield, or a mixture of both.

Working 1:1 is a great way to get additional support tailored specifically to you and your needs. If you

are new to yoga and a bit nervous, a class or two should be enough to give you the confidence to join a

group class.

Please email me and we can arrange a free 1:1 chat.

I value Rebecca's clear explanations and 'instructions', she is obviously paying a lot of attention to what we're doing even though it is all online and provides prompts when necessary.

She is precise without being dogmatic. I like the way she reminds us to work with our own energy levels/capabilities at any particular time.

I enjoy the emphasis on body-awareness, breathwork and linking movement to the breath. Being online for me is ideal as it eliminates the need to travel. I find that it's a great way to 'force' me to take time out in the day - and the Library is there for when/if I do want to do more too.

Online Yoga Student, March 2024

I'm very grateful for Rebecca's classes as someone who suffers from Chronic fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia.

Online classes saves me energy and travel costs. I'm greatly reaping the benefits of mindfulness, relaxation, strengthening and stretching. Rebecca is very mindful of reminding me to pace my practice so I don’t push myself too far, which is great.

I lead a very busy life and taking time out to look after my physical and mental health is so beneficial for my well-being. I am already reaping the benefits of weekly yoga practice.

Rebecca’s teaching is second to none and I am very grateful to be part of a class of such lovely people.

Jo

I was drawn to the restorative nature of the style of yoga Rebecca teaches.

I had not experienced Yoga Nidra relaxations before and fell in love with them.

My biggest challenges before coming to yoga were creating time for myself and being able to slow down. Yoga with Rebecca is not about moving the body into 20 different positions within a set time frame…. The absolute opposite! I feel a massive sense of calm after the classes.

Rebecca’s sessions are pure gold. I couldn’t be without them and notice if I have had to miss a couple. I am massively appreciative of Rebecca’s personable approach and her ability to listen and tailor sessions to my needs as they arise.

Ellie

Rebecca provides support & instruction for people of all abilities & levels of experience.

Her explanations are always very clear. The practices are gentle & there is encouragement both to take things at your own pace and to explore more challenging levels of activity.

I appreciate the degree of thoughtfulness, knowledge & care that Rebecca brings to her classes.  Seriousness with a light touch.

I find that a weekly yoga class keeps me supple and balanced & I always leave with a relaxed sense of well-being. The Monday meditation session helps me keep up my daily 20-minute meditation & gives me new ways to explore the practice.
