Monday Morning Yoga
Description
This yoga session is designed to get you moving comfortably and gently to increase your range of movement and strength using sensible, clearly explained postures. We work slowly, mindfully and the class is suitable for all levels as postures are taught in stages and those in class are encouraged to work at their own level.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or notify me if you can’t attend—this helps keep classes running smoothly. You can cancel/reschedule online: up to 1 hour before class in your member’s area. Premium Members (Monthly Membership plan): No restrictions on cancellations, as attendance is unlimited. Pay-As-You-Go/Class Pass: No refunds for cancellations, but rescheduling is allowed if done on time (and within your 8 week window for a class pass). Booking Deadline: Bookings close 1 hour before class. Premium Members: If you miss a deadline for booking/cancellation, please feel free to email or text me. Best wishes, Rebecca
